Qualifications:
A sound understanding of the commercial impact of Quality and EHS decisions on projects and operations
Skilled at identifying project critical success factors and adopting appropriate risk management practices
Broad understanding of Quality and EHS principles and ability to oversee their implementation in a project environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including PowerBI
Experience from similar position within engineering / technology industry (for the senior position, min 10 years)
Certified Quality Auditor
Preferably certified E, H&S auditor
Ability to work in cross functional teams
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Project related QEHS activities (not limited to):
Log follow up / processes and close-out of project related Non Conformances and EHS incidents
Root Cause Analysis of project related Non-Conformances and EHS incidents
Analyze quality cost within Product Line
Facilitate risk & opportunity sessions
Facilitate Lessons learnt sessions
Coordinate supplier development with Supply Management Organisation
Maintain overview and follow up ITP programme
Support to project members to ensure way of working in accordance with Business Process Model
Prepare and maintain project QEHS documentation as required by customer
Ensure sufficient EHS knowledge and training within project
Input to QEHS management systems: Business Process Model, Risk Management, Lessons Learnt, Management Review, etc

Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Automation, Instrumentation, Cybernetics Engineer or other relevant degree
- Knowledge of software architecture and programming experience, NACOS Platinum, Siemens STEP 7/TIA portal and Citect SCADA
- Experience from maritime (ship/FPSO), Oil & Gas or process industry automation
- Knowledge of automation design according to relevant standards and class rules such as IEC, IGC code, ABS, DNVGL and BV
- Experience related to control systems - design specification, control cabinet design documentation
- Experience from testing and commissioning
- Good English language skills, both verbally and written
Responsibilities:
- Participation in project execution and studies for gas plants on LNG and LPG carriers and onshore
- Develop, test and maintain software products efficiently and according to agreed processes
- Development of system design and preparation of documentation and drawings
- Evaluation of bids, review of vendor documentation and supplier follow-up
- Ensure information flow with other disciplines
- Technical clarifications concerning customer, suppliers, class and yard
- Take part in design reviews, HAZOP sessions and milestone revisions
