Production Manager (Assembly)
This position will entail working with all aspects of production and related corresponding manufacturing and assembly activities. Individual will report to the Plant Manager. Regularly collaborating with engineering, supply management, accounting, human resources, and the quality departments to optimize efficiency, scrap rates, labor content, and assist in facilitation of new product rollout.
Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
Assist in implementing manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the production area supports ProPulse’s strategic initiatives.
Develop and initiate plans and process which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
Monitor the production process and adjust schedule as needed.
Attain business objectives and production targets while ensuring product standards that will exceed customers’ expectations.
Establish individual accountability throughout assigned departments for problem solving, continuous improvement, warranty reduction, efficiency improvements, and scrap reductions.
Encourage use of lean manufacturing techniques and focus on fact-based problem-solving using root cause analysis techniques.
Responsible for following established ISO and management policies and practices throughout assigned areas. This includes positive employee involvement with opportunities for constructive input and action.
Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
Effectively lead and motivate direct reports, leads, and production associates.
Provide proper training and education to ensure each employee has the ability and knowledge to perform their job as assigned.
Responsible to analyze, resolve, and assist employees in work-related problems.
Provide effective objective/subjective employee reviews.
Recommend and/or initiate personnel actions; such as promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary action.
Encourage positive employee involvement with opportunities for constructive input and action.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
1+ Year Warehouse and logistics (shipping/receiving, deliver and inventory) experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Good organization and prioritizing skills.
Ability to use hand held scanning unit
Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
Basic PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Access, Outlook, and EIQ/IQMS.

Shipping & Receiving Specialist
1+ year warehouse and logistics experience.
This position will entail having the flexibility to assist in many facets of warehouse responsibilities (Shipping & Receiving, Inventory/Cycle Counting, Material Handling, Picking/Packing, etc) throughout a given day. You will be working with other warehouse personnel along with various supervisors, team leads and managers. It is expected that you will follow all business and safety guidelines and assist as needed in other areas of business.
Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Loads and unloads materials from trucks/containers.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Pulls and prepare orders for shipment.
Data entry of receipts and/or shipments into ERP system.
Utilization of 3PL to obtain freight quotes and/or setup shipments.
Performs physical/cycle counts on inventory and/or recounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
1+ Year Warehouse and logistics (shipping/receiving, deliver and inventory) experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Hose Braiding & Extrusion Operators
Associates for the 2nd and 3rd shift openings are responsible for loading braiders to maintain a continuous braiding operation and operating the hose extrusion and cover line equipment. Operators must have good mechanical aptitude have the ability to read and understand basic instruction sheets. $13.00 minimum (base plus $1.00 shift differential) with advancement opportunities.
Assembly Operators
Associates assist with the assembly of hoses and must have the ability to read and understand basic instruction sheets.
