The role holder supports the country HR manager and operational management with their key people/HR challenges included the local operational services as payroll, remuneration & benefits, sickness absence, KPI reporting, management of HR systems within the respective organization in Zundert (NL) and Nuth (NL). Responsibilities
responsible from A to Z for the timely and correct implementation of monthly payroll processing in close cooperation with the external party;
•administrative processing of time registration (Protime);

HR Manager Netherlands and Decorations

The role holder supports the country Management Team with their key people/HR challenges and holds the responsibility for all employees in the Netherlands. He/she leverages and liaises with his/her direct report and other HR colleagues across the region to deliver the desired outcome. The role holder will be required to understand the people strategy set by the HR Director and is responsible for executing HR activities within the respective organization in Zundert (NL), Nuth (NL), Kortrijk (BE) and Thimister-Clermont (BE). The main workplace will be in Zundert, with a regularly presence in our other Decoration sited to collaborate with the Decorations Director and the local management teams, as the HR Business Partner for this department.
Responsibilities Include
•You act as a single point of contact for the Country Management Team and the Decorations Management Team leveraging with the HR Officer and your Regional HR colleagues to coordinate as well as take ownership for the employees within your scope (Netherlands + Decorations).
•YYou provide support to the production plants in implementing and delivering on the people strategy and setting the right standards for the future.
•YYou work closely with the business to understand and address business issues for your scope and provide proactive advice in line with our overall HR strategy.
•You take responsibility and support standardized projects and initiatives in close alignment with HR Director.
•You act as an advocate for standardization in the execution of HR policies focusing on operational excellence towards the business and within the HR team.
•You advise and coach your business on people management processes (performance management, engagement, personal development) to ensure effective employer- employee relations.
•You deal with employee requests and queries in an efficient way to ensure seamless HR administrative services for employees and managers in close collaboration with the local HR officer.

QA manager Decorations EMEA
Location : Zundert, NB, NL, 4881 XZ
Department : Innovation, R&D and Quality
Due to recent changes in the QA Department we are urgently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for our decorations plant in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role you are responsible to obtain the desired product and process quality and for implementing and maintaining food safety standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities include
•As QA Manager you are responsible for total quality management on the site in Zundert
•Next to Zundert, you also support Thimister (BE) and are jointly responsible for the sites of Heule (BE) and Nuth (NL). You gather information from the local teams and report these into the General Manager. As QA manager you have a coaching role as well.
•You work out the long-term quality strategy, fitting into the Decorations long-term plan, and oversee the implementation, providing assistance and direction to the different teams in quality and operations.
•You make sure that the FSSC 22000 as well as the global and regional Barry Callebaut quality and hygiene standards are well defined and communicated within the total organisation.
•You lead, manage and improve the quality management system enabling the quality and production teams to take up quality responsibilities by developing and maintaining competencies and awareness for quality & food safety.
•You propose optimisations for production and other business processes and you follow up through implementation and verification of the quality management systems.
•You coordinate complaint handling, root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
•The Hoogenboom warehouse, selling a big part of the BC Decorations portfolio, is also supported and overseen by the QA manager. This includes the implementation of the entire quality system based on the IFS Broker and Logistics standards.
•You manage directly a team of 4 people and provide the necessary training, coaching & follow-up of the different roles.
