Seasonal work in the Netherlands. The official websites dedicated to searching for jobs provide you with direct contact between you and the employer or the company, meaning that you apply for a job or work by communicating with the Dutch employer to show them that you want to work with them if you are accepted he will send you an invitation to work or job contract.
