Bell Attendant:

Responsibilities/Duties:

Greets guests and assists them to their rooms with luggage at check-in.
Identifies all safety features in route to the room.
Explains hotel services and facilities to the guests.
Assists guests, upon request, from room with luggage at checkout.
Stores and keeps secure the luggage of any registered guests.
Distributes guest messages and packages.
Assists in obtaining and delivering shipments to department and guests.
Performs the Doorman's duties in his absence.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, closet, and the main lobby.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License
Prior guest service experience desirable.
Neat, clean person with strong desire to serve people.

Minimum Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Summary/Objective:

Meets and greets each guest arriving or departing from the Hotel. Assists in parking, baggage handling, direction and transportation needs. Works closely with Valet Parkers, Key Control, Bell staff, Shuttle Drivers. Leads door staff and all other operations.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Reports for duty on time and in uniform.
Greets guests and assists them in and out of vehicles.
Opens doors and directs guests to the hotel.
Unloads guest luggage from vehicles and transfers it to the Bellman.
Loads guest luggage into vehicles.
Keeps the entrance and drive clear.
Hails taxis for all hotel patrons.
Provides guests with directions to hotel parking.
Provides guests with parking process information.
Provides area directions to hotel guests upon request.
Stores and keeps secure the luggage of any guests.
Maintains cleanliness of entrance.
Performs the Bellman's duties in his absence.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
