SENIOR MANAGER GTM ORIGINALS

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive & ensure category business & brand success through the development & execution of an otpimal Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, within the strategic (commercial & marketing) framwork set by Euroope, Cluster General Manager and Director GTM & MOPS (Marketing Operations).
Key Responsibilities:
Create, lead and execute the category cluster GTM plan:
Delivering across KPIs, based on Business Unit (BU) Europe brief and local GTM Objectives. Lead the category Master group for respective categories - Originals. Own category cluster Integrated Business Planning (IBP) marketing view. Brief, feedback BU Europe on cluster needs (products, local range, SMUs, forecast, price, segmentation, mark-up …) for the respective categories. Tailor & execute Europe category plan (distribution, enablers, tools, etc.). Precise with local sales team, category champions the channel assortments for respective category: range plans, volume plan, in season trading. Ensure category definition of local allocation split by Europe by channel, account and doors in collaboration with team & sales. Manage execution & implementation of segmentation topics within cluster based on Global & European framework (e.g. destination doors, retailor segmentation list). Deliver GTM process requirements - Order samples in alignment with MOPS. Drive the definition & execution of local GTM plan from “the handover” to SMM including previews & pre-lines. Ensure a smooth interaction process with key customers. maintain & provide regular category analytics (sell-through, orderbook, market share, etc.) to contribute to strategic planning and measure efficiency & commercial success. Closely cooperate with sales, brand & omnichannel management to define & execute a fully aligned cross category, cluster GTM plan. Collaborate regularly with Europe to identify business opportunities in the cluster and to maximize consumer satisfaction, net sales and profitability (within Europe and Cluster strategic parameters).
Be the local category and product expert
Be the expert on products and category specifics, including retail landscape and competition. Work and support closely with the local sales teams on range specific topics and concepts, be able to answer/find out all product related questions. Manage local articles (mainly local SpoMa assets) + SMUs for Cluster Key Accounts. Deliver constant input on ranging, pricing, GTM, etc. for WE Category Marketing Plan.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role will be responsible for leading the Classics Go-to-Market plan in the cluster to ensure Reebok has the most compelling and relevant product and marketing for the consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the ambassador of respective category for the cluster and towards Europe:
Key contact to local sales teams, category champions, activation & key city teams on strategy, range & concepts Act as category expert for decisions needed within cluster business plan or to support business projects
Act as lead point-of-contact for either BU marketing (including marketing plan development and omnichannel planning and execution) OR BU CTC merchandising functions (including cross-channel merchandising, sell-in/sell-out strategies, SMU range creation) Give feedback regarding the creation of the Europe category strategic business plan Deliver seasonal Inputs into Europe raising business & brand opportunities for the cluster, relying on market analytics and business case approach.
Lead & execute the cluster yearly & seasonal category plan:
Support the creation of and steer cluster mid-term category/GTM plan, delivering across KPIs Manage and oversee the Reebok GTM budget for the respective category in collaboration with the Brand Director. Consolidate omnichannel category view for cluster, with dedicated marketing channel or account owners. Lead and execute local asset management with other local functions: create, present & optimize business in alignment with BU Europe maintain regular category analytics thru Europe or local reports (sell-out/in, orderbook, assets, etc.)

HR DIRECTOR

PURPOSE:
Provide high quality HR work along the HRM circle and support the East Europe organization as “Strategic Business Coach” in all relevant HR Management issues.
Ensure that internal and external customers receive added value from the HR function and lead the HR team in East. Be accountable for a consistent application of all Cluster, Market and Global HR Standards and Principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a close relationship with the East Management and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization.
Actively support implementation of business initiatives and business needs with effective HR measures and promote positive employee relations in the work environment Ensure that all relevant aspects of staffing, employee relations, employee development, and compensation & benefits are aligned with Market Europe and delivered timely and in accordance with relevant labor and commercial legislation Support/drive initiatives and efficient processes, in close co-ordination with the Sr. HRD Europe and in close collaboration with Talent partner and PMO. Manage personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in accordance with GSMS-process and in close cooperation with the Sr. HRD Europe and Rewards. Lead the HR Business Partners EE and give functional direction and support according to the Market, as well as cluster strategies and concepts - ensuring a harmonized approach to all relevant HR processes (one voice to the customer) Implement organizational structure, set objectives, and manage workloads and results to achieve goals while adopting best practices and achieving continuous process improvement. Ensure high employee engagement through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team Supervise and ensure that the monthly payroll processes in the different East countries are properly executed Challenge status quo; think outside of the box in terms of solutions; proactively seek for advice and solutions that are aligned with the European HR teams.
