Multi Skilled Trades Person required to carry out essential multi skilled repair works within Social Housing covering the South London area. This is a Permanent role with a salary of £30,720 including use of a company van.

As a member of the Maintenance Team you will be required to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service to residential properties.

Duties include:
Plumbing
Repair leaks, replacing bathroom, kitchen taps, mixer showers
Renewing waste pipes, syphons, inlet valves, baths, sinks, basins, bath panels, pumps and tiling
Carpentry - Making Good

Essential:
Standard DBS Check
NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in Plumbing plus experience of Carpentry
Full Clean UK Drivers Licence
Local Authority or Social Housing Experience
Good communication skills

As a plumber, you will be required to carry out work including activities that are complex and/or non-routine. You will be responsible for the calibration and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment (low pressure hot water systems, general air conditioning controls and systems, steam rising plant and associated equipment).

You will be required to undertake maintenance, repairs, minor improvements and capital work across the Trust as directed by management, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
