(14) Prepare, send, and receive all visit requests. Verify that incoming visitors have the required security clearance necessary for discussions,
(15) Provide escorts in the secure area for un-cleared visitors, contract janitorial services and authorized personnel performing building maintenance, modification and upkeep,

(17) Performs required security container combination changes along with associated paperwork for responsible containers,
(18) Monitors facility security alarm system and conducts semi-annual test of complete alarm system, and

Additional Duties:
Be available by phone within two hours to discuss and/or resolve security issues with COR as necessary.
Provide a local training facility Security Site Operating Procedure (SOP) for their location to the local APO. The training facility SOP shall address local implementation of Personnel Security Manager, Information Security Manager and Physical Security Manager security directives.
If tasked, open training facilities, make service calls for repairs on training facility, and/or close facilities at the end of the duty day.
Ensure training facility members and visitors exit the facility at the end of each work period and all Government facilities, equipment, and materials are secured.
Maintain Personnel Security Folders on contract personnel.
Ensure training facility members and visitors maintain security of the facility and open/close restricted areas and provide alarm response actions as needed.
Ensure training facility members and visitors adhere to procedures for identification and escort of uncleared visitors within the training facility.
Monitor training facility activities and ensure compliance with higher-level security regulations and guidance as well as local procedures/SOPs.
Perform initial evaluations of security problems, conduct/schedule required security training for Contractor personnel, required self-inspections, physical security inspections, and review proposed configuration changes for impact on the Designated Approval Authority (DAA)-approved security posture and SSP/SOPs. .
Establish procedures to ensure that all Government ciphers and facilities are safeguarded.
Establish and implement methods of making sure all keys issued by the Government are not lost or misplaced and are not used by unauthorized persons.
Prepares reports as required by management.

Qualifications:
(1) Knowledge of ICD 705 and ICD 705 V3 Tech Spec (Physical Security) requirements
(2) Knowledge of AFI 16-1404 (Operations Security) and AFI 31-501 (Personnel Security) requirements
(3) Knowledge of Top Secret control procedures
(4) Knowledge of personnel security requirements. Must be trained on SAP Nomination Process (SAPNP) and procedures
(5) Knowledge of SSP and guidance as outlined in AFI 16-1404 Operations Security/ Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF). Must be able to apply SSP security principles and ensure necessary safeguards are in place
(6) Familiarization dealing with COMSEC material and establishment and maintenance of COMSEC accounts/materials. As COMSEC monitor, will receive formal training from the base COMSEC office
(7) Experience conducting initial, annual and other recurring security training for assigned personnel. May be required to develop training material and lesson plans that meet the baseline NISPOM, Overprint, and other applicable documentation
(8) Knowledge of, and ability to apply, industrial security standards and procedures
(9) Knowledge of DoD Overprint, NISPOM Supplement and NISPOM
(10) Knowledge of and ability to apply principles of risk management in an operational environment.
(11) Possess basic Word, Excel, and Power Point Skills.

Experience as a Site Security Manager in the PACAF region
Security Clearance: Must be eligible for Secret Security Clearance and be SCI eligible per the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP).
Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
