Analyst – The Novak Consulting Group
- The Novak Consulting Group is searching for a new team member to work in our Cincinnati office in our Organizational Assessment Practice. This is a great opportunity for a local government professional to learn about and have impact on all facets of local government functions – from accounting to zoos!
- Who is the ideal TNCG analyst?
- The intellectually curious

- Brings a skill set that complements our senior consultants
- An independent worker who is productive even without constant or immediate supervision
- Has experience or certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
- The ideal candidate also has some direct experience in local government and a master’s degree in public administration or a related field.

Administrative Assistant – The Novak Consulting Group
What does a TNCG Administrative Assistant do?
This person will work 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday and take ownership of several key tasks:
- Participate in all aspects of office support including answering phones, greeting guests, and receiving packages
- Provide support for the creation, proofing, and production of proposals
Provide administrative support for our busy executive recruitment practice:
- Acknowledging and tracking applicants
- Internet research to create outreach lists
- Printing and assembling interview books
- Proofing and creating a variety of documents
- Placing ads
- Running background checks
- Who is the ideal TNCG Administrative Assistant?
- This person needs mental agility, attention to detail, excellent proofreading and writing skills, experience managing multiple competing deadlines, and a can-do attitude. At least five years of administrative experience is needed and if it was in human resources or recruiting, that only makes it better.
