2. OFFICER, PROJECT CONTROL
Duties and Responsibilities:
Executes, actualizes and maintain the field/project control infrastructural functions supporting field operations
Ensure & maintain adequate data update/transaction between site and HQ
Comprehend the contractual principle of the site/project and administrate the documentation of procedures, construction drawing, billing and invoicing
Ensure, monitor and maintain site billing and invoicing comprehensive process flow/procedure for client and Subcon/Aps
Ensure and monitor accurate & timely financial transactions to client and Subcon/APs
Monitor and resolve payment issues on weekly basis with client and Subcon/APs
Prepare, present and review monthly site financial reports to site management team.

3. SUPERVISOR, MACHINERY
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To ensure machinery team assigned to him complete various
machinery maintenance tasks or project work in the workshop or
field.
• Coaching of subordinates.
• Supervise and perform maintenance on process industry machinery
such as:
- Centrifugal Pumps and Compressors
- Reciprocating Pumps and Compressors
- Gearboxes, Cyclo Clutch, Mixers, Blowers, Cooling Tower Fans

7. MATERIAL COORDINATOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
To check materials for damage, etc before endorsing on receipt.
To ensure materials are issued in accordance with specifications stated on isometric drawings.
To monitor subcontractors’ handling and utilization of materials.
To submit Material Request & Issue Slip (MRI) to client’s Field Discipline Engineer for signature.
To submit to Client’s Material Controller for checking and preparation.
To ensure materials indicated in material list for each isometric drawing are adequate for construction.
To prepare material requirements forecast and advise PEC Management.
To ensure all materials required by isometric drawings are keyed into the ELS.
To keep proper documentation of all material requisitions.
To submit report for materials requested, received and outstanding (if any) to Systems Department.
To ensure materials requisitions are raised in a timely manner.
To plan, monitor and document all sales of scrap metals.
To obtain competitive quotes for materials to be purchased.
To ensure that every purchase is made only when the Site Manager has approved the purchase order.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist the senior project engineer/project manager in mapping out projects construction detailed work plans, activities and tasks from preparation till completion to fulfil all the requirements as specified in the contract to meet and achieve a safe, timely and within budget
Prepare project specifications, special engineering instructions, and coordination procedures
Field verification and update of project management report, not limit to work progress, MOC, variation order, material status, schedule, man power status, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to assist the Senior Mechanic, Workshop for the maintenance and repair support of mobile and mechanical equipment in conformance to safety guidelines. This includes heavy duty vehicle, light vehicle, generator, air compressor, engine drive welding machine and various pumps
Ensure all staffs have a firm, clear understanding of their tasks, and work in a tidy and safe manner conforming to work procedures, handling methods and techniques as well as HSSE guidelines
Perform all assigned jobs with good quality and workmanship
Ensure proper housekeeping at all times including proper packing and disposal of used oils and end-of-life of filter and parts in conformance with stated guidelines

Prepare bill of material for cost estimation of bid project
Technical bid evaluation, clarification and bid comparison of vendor proposal
Review and check drawings, designs, materials and equipment from vendor for conformity with project specifications
