Laborer - Farm Show Complex - 50 Positions
POSITION
If you are a knowledgeable maintenance worker, dependable, hardworking and above all, take pride in your work, the PA Department of Agriculture has the job for you!  As part of the Farm Show staff you will assist in the operation and maintenance of the 24-acre building in Harrisburg, the one-of-a-kind Pennsylvania Farm Show! 

Hires for these positions will work November 2017 thru May 2018. 
These positions are temporary, full-time with no benefits.
These positions are vendor-controlled; therefore, the work schedules are determined by the show schedule.
Work Schedule/Shifts: Thursday thru Monday; 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-to midnight.
Weekends, Holiday and overtime as needed and approved.
Hires for these positions will be considered an "Essential Employee" – required to report to work during emergencies and office closings.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Canada Immigration and Visa Jobs

Individuals will assist with erection and dismantling all animal stalls; sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors throughout the complex; wash windows; setup and dismantle varying sizes of staging; pick up trash inside/outside the complex; arrange meeting rooms as needed; clean and maintain all restrooms; assist in repair of pens and stalls; cleanup outside areas of the complex which includes raking, shoveling, etc.; wash and disinfect livestock stalls, pens and poultry cages; and paint areas of the complex as time permits between events.

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
No previous experience or training required, but maintenance experience preferred.
