The assessment of the applicant varies according to his experience, his testimony and the presentation of the work he receives.

The program specifies several conditions, the most important of which is that the applicant has worked at least 1560 hours or 30 weeks per year during the last three years and that the work in one profession is paid and recognized by the local authorities in accordance with its own program of working skills called National Occupational Classification (NOC) ).

As for the conditions of education, the applicant's certificate must not be less than the secondary certificate and above. The certificate must be equated to ensure recognition by Canadian academic bodies through the "Educational Credential Assessment" report.


Graduate degrees must not be less than two years old and the applicant from Canada itself must have studied for two consecutive years, graduated last year and holds a license to work or study in Canada.
