Marine Superintendent
What worker in this position can do
Monitor the condition and maintenance of the goods, supervise the cleaning process of the goods, and ensure readiness for inspection at the loading ports. and Ensure that the surface maintenance equipment is well maintained and prepared (high pressure machines, sandblasting machines, etc.), with Conducting on-board exercises and audits of internal safety, security and navigation as established by the Department of Political Affairs, ensuring that the MLC, ISPS and ISM are implemented by the ship's personnel and that the LSA / FFE equipment is in good working condition and ready for use.
Crew team responsibility

Duties of worker
⁕ Follow up on the weekly maintenance reports and direct the Master accordingly.

⁕ Follow-up of the scheme and publications management system and support for masters in matters related to safety of navigation.

⁕ Audit and approval of repair bills, roof / safety stores, paints, diagrams and prints, fastening materials, wire and anchor ropes, medicines, and surface chemicals.
⁕ Review IMSM documents / reports related to their departments, submitted by managed vessels, according to company requirements, such as maintenance, navigation etc.
⁕ Identify potential port and navigation risks from loading / unloading ports, to drafts, port hazards etc.
⁕ Take proactive steps in coordination and cooperation with Operations, HSQE and Technical
⁕ Department as appropriate.
⁕ Member of the on-site emergency response team
Qualifications for this position
⁕ Minimum Senior Officer License and at least two years sailing experience as CEO on board bulk carriers.
⁕ Theoretical and practical experience in operating the ship
⁕ At least one year of office experience in the same position.
⁕ Knowledge of work in English.
⁕ Adequate computer knowledge.
