Quebec international students can Apply documents online it's now possible for international students who are applying to review in Quebec to submit supporting documentation electronically via Quebec’s Arrima platform.

Persons who are in the process of applying for Quebec’s international student program will be able to submit supporting documents online.


The Government of Quebec moved to a web application system for its international student program in 2008. The majority of applications for temporary selection for studies are now already being submitted through a web portal specifically created for that purpose. All documents required to accompany these applications needed to be mailed to the ministry.

The Quebec Immigration Ministry, says it's now implemented a secure electronic document application solution to facilitate all process for international students. This new service are now available from Quebec’s immigration application management system, with the  name Arrima.

 Anyone who still want to apply their application and documents in paper format and by mail can still do so.

To apply supporting documents, applicants must have completed and submitted a online application for selection to studies in Quebec, Canada After completing this step and paying all required fees online, supporting documents are all the times submitted via the Arrima portal by following this steps .

• Prepare your documents
• When your application has been submitted, you'll be given an inventory of required supporting documents to be submitted at the Arrima portal. .

• The documents must be complete, scanned in PDF format.

• The file number required to submit your documents in Arrima are going to be communicated to you 48 hours after your request is shipped, The file number are going to be available within the “Access my file” section of the “Online application for temporary selection for studies” portal.

• Create an Arrima profile together with your first and last names as they seem in your passport.

• Apply your documents by following the instructions provided within the Arrima portal. You will receive a confirmation by email also as within the Arrima portal saying you've got submitted all the documents.
