Electrical engineer (variable schedule)

Main duties :

The incumbent performs complex electromechanical and mechanical repairs; participates in the assembly and installation of new machinery.

Responsibilities:

- Lock out equipment when necessary
- Ensure the reliability of plant operations
- Perform the verification, repair and maintenance of all milk production and processing machines.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems (automation) and resolve or participate in the resolution of these
- Periodically perform preventive maintenance on the machinery.
- Assemble new machines or those under test and recommend improvements on the machines.
- Perform various welding, plumbing and machining work
- List the materials required based on the work to be performed (including improvement projects).
- Lubricate the various plant equipment.
- Provide technical support to operations
- Complete work orders in the SAP Maintenance management system
- Use control devices such as ammeters and voltmeter;
- Examine electrical devices such as motors, generators and circuit breakers to detect anomalies;
- Maintain the motor switches and replace the motor brushes
- Connect and / or disconnect electrical and mechanical equipment when required;
- Participate in the start-up and subsequently in monitoring mechanical projects.
- Perform all other tasks required by the immediate superior.


Requirements:

Academic training :

- DEC. in mechanical engineering or DEP in electromechanics

Experience:

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanics or electromechanics + License C (An asset).
- The person must pass the tests administered by an external firm.

Industrial project manager
 Location: Boucherville, Quebec, Canada

The industrial project manager is the industrial representative for all of DANONE Canada's productivity, innovation and renovation projects deployed at the Boucherville plant. He is part of the network of industrial project managers in North America.

Job requirements:
He is the guarantor of excellence in the execution of all the projects to which he contributes and as such intervenes at many stages of the project management process:

- project risk analyzes and associated action plans
- Factory and Industrial Quality feasibility response
- industrial tests
- participate in defining the objectives of the industrial test
- participate in the development of the industrial test process
- organize the planning of the industrial test

- Bilingualism is required (French and English).

Responsabilités :

Santé & Sécurité :
L’opérateur dosage est responsable de la santé & sécurité au travail (sst) dans sa zone. Il a le devoir de relever tout défaut, anomalie ou situation qui pourrait porter atteinte à sa sst. Il est force de proposition et participe de façon active aux activités pour l’amélioration de la sst dans sa zone et dans l’usine.

Qualité :
L’opérateur dosage est responsable du respect de la rigueur des normes de qualité établies et des bonnes pratiques manufacturières afin d’assurer des produits de qualité A au niveau de la charte. Il doit, de plus, exécuter le plan d’échantillonnage sur les produits finis qu’il fabrique et compléter la documentation qui s’y rattache.

Qualité Production:
Le titulaire est responsable du dosage et de l’empaquetage des produits finis afin de fournir la quantité nécessaire à la demande et à moindre coût. Pour ce faire, il voit au bon déroulement de l’opération de toute sa ligne de production automatisée par une bonne gestion des priorités et par la gestion autonome de sa zone d’opération.

Maintenance:
Le titulaire est responsable de la maintenance sanitaire préventive et d’entretien mécanique mineur sur ses équipements. Il doit également participer au diagnostic des causes des pannes d’équipements et ce, afin de faciliter l’intervention des mécaniciens et électrotechniciens dans la résolution de problème.

Amélioration continue:
Il améliore l’efficacité de l’existant, développe et implante au besoin de nouvelles méthodes de travail. Il participe à l'amélioration continue en s’engageant dans les équipes projets et en complétant la documentation nécessaire.

Exigences :
Formation académique :
- D.E.S. ou l’équivalent ET
- Autre formation:  Formation en microbiologie, lavage et -assainissement OU  Expérience pertinente des employés sera prise en considération

Mission: As a Retail Development for Danone, you will be responsible of an assigned territory (Ajax, Whitby, Peterborough and Kingston), the achievement of objectives, including Danone visibility and product availability, sales targets, the improvement of Danone’s brands positioning, the customer frequency coverage, the implementation of priorities and initiatives of customer business teams, and the rate of introduction of new products.
