Assisting with and or performing suite renovations and other upgrades
Moving furniture, equipment, materials and supplies, including clearing of vacant units
Maintain clean vacant lots, removal of garbage and debris from building and grounds
Maintain tools and equipment
Snow removal and ice control from all entrances/exits and walkways as required
Delivery of notices to building residents and posting of notices in common areas
Completion of suite inspections
Assisting with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
Other related duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Able to work independently, is a self-starter and takes pride in a job well done
Three years' previous experience in building maintenance
Proven ability to work productively and safely while under pressure
Good customer service skills and pleasant demeanor
An ability to speak and write English fluently
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Able to provide a criminal record check free of relevant convictions
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
Flexible schedule, able to work on call and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:
Clean common areas, guest rooms, vacant and renovated suites
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Wash walls and windows, window coverings and ceilings
Wash and waxing floors; vacuuming & steam cleaning carpets and area rugs
Clean appliances and cupboards and cabinets
Accommodating guest requests pertaining to housekeeping
Maintain a trash and debris free environment
Removal of snow off walk ways and common areas
Will be part of the on call rotation
Other duties relating to upkeep of buildings as assigned
Qualifications:
The position requires someone who is able to work independently, is a self-starter and takes pride in a job well done
Proven ability to work efficiently with good time management
Previous experience working in environments that can be very dirty, and at times, nauseating
Good customer service skills and pleasant demeanor
Able to lift up to 30 lbs., work with industrial strength cleaners, and climb stairs with equipment and supplies
Must have a driver’s license and able to provide a criminal record check free of relevant convictions
Able to work weekends if they fall on months’ end
