Production Operations Technician

Location: Singapore , South West

Full time

Customer Service Specialist

Location: Singapore , South West

Full time

This position in CPS Singapore focuses on customer engagement and order fulfilment.  The role involves interacting with customers in Pacific Group and ASEA region on demand, order management and outbound logistics.

This includes working very closely with BU and Bottlers to understand market trend and demand and deliver an “updated” forecast through collaborative planning and forecast replenishment (CPFR).  He / she is the customer advocate to the plant and represent the “voice of customer”, driving customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines
Min of 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing, Customer Service or a related Supply Chain function. Working knowledge on demand management, order management.
Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel, Access/SQL and SAP Query would be an advantage

This role is responsible for managing the short, medium & long term demand plans for several plants, working closely with Plants’ teams (Planning & Logistics, CRM, Finance) and other Shared Services Functions (Customer services (CS) & Portfolio management), Bottlers and Business Unit partners.

This role is utilizing in-depth demand analytics and tools expertise to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of collaborative demand plans, while ensuring an integrated and robust demand planning process is in place, consistent with the company’s demand rewiring standards.


Qualifications & Experience

5+ years’ experience in Customer Demand, Budget or Materials Planning areas
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Strong grasp of Demand Analytics or Data Analytics or Data Modelling
