Provides development, integration and delivery of human resources strategies for the assigned district/division in order to support business objectives, resulting to achievement of organizational strength
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related courses, with at least 3 years experience as an HR professional and 2 years working as a business partner
*Highly knowledgeable in HR management frameworks, account management, organizational diagnosis, change management, workforce supply and demand analysis, C&B management, and employee and labor relations.
HR MANAGERS
for South Luzon and Davao
Supports business objectives by leading strategic partnership and providing technical expertise on HR management and development of appropriate interventions for the assigned business unit
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related courses
*With at least 5 years work experience as business partner/manager
*Expert in HR management frameworks, account management, organizational diagnosis, change management, group process facilitation, coaching, process development and improvement, workforce planning, C&B management, and employee and labor relations.
HR R&D MANAGERS
Product Development
Manages product and process innovation, strategic projects and research and development activities that are consistent with business objectives
Qualifications:
*Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering and other allied fields
*With at least 8-10 years experience in Food Quality Assurance and/ or Research and Development, Manufacturing or related fields
*Expertise in Bakery Science, breads, pastries, and pasta or in flavors and seasoning.
RESTAURANT SYSTEMS
OFFICERS
Provides technical leadership in developing or improving operational processes and standards related to Gold Standard, kitchen, products, equipment, customer experience and management information systems
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, and/ or Systems Development
*With at least 5 years work experience in a QSR or manufacturing environment; experience in project management, product process development and innovation, and food safety.
FINANCE OFFICERS
Regional Business Units
Provides expertise in financial management and control, financial analysis, cost reduction and operational improvements, and budget preparation for the assigned regional business unit
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, and/or Accounting
*MBA holders are preferred
*At least 2-3 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning and/or Audit in major Philippine and/or multinational corporations.
FINANCE MANAGERS
Regional Business Units
Leads the regional business unit in ensuring financial policy compliance, provides financial advisory services, and raising its level of financial competency to drive the strategic directions of the business.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering and/or Accounting
*MBA holders are preferred
*At least 5 years managerial experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning, and/or Audit.
EXECUTIVE
SECRETARY
Provides efficient and effective administrative support to division head and supports different projects within the division
Qualifications:
*At least 3 years work experience, 1 year of which includes providing administrative support to an Executive.
