As Application Consultant, you provide regular trainings of the Agility forwarding system to all operational employees in Switzerland. Essential duties and responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to grow existing and to gain new customers in the Life Science arena. He/she will coordinate with the product group in order to drive area sales in Europe. Requirements
10+ years of sales experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry required, specifically in the area of Life Science logistics
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Strong knowledge of all products including supply chain solutions, freight forwarding (air, ocean, road) and contract logistics.
Previous experience in managerial positions in an international environment in the pharmaceutical supply chain
Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant regulatory directives and guidelines – GDP / GMP / ISO 9001 etc. and their importance/application to the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Excellent knowledge of domestic and / or international pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chain needs
Experience with writing professional sales proposals and standard operating procedures
Experience with managing and driving a sales team to increase business
Good business acumen and commercial skills.
