Job Overview:

The role of the Foreman is to directly supervise and coordinator activities of trade staff. May also engage in some of the same construction trades work as the workers being supervised.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

Take personal responsibility for working safely within an incident and injury free culture.

Assistant MEP Manager - Mechanical Building Systems Experience

Location : Usa , Aurora, CO   80011
This position ensures that all estimates, schedules, constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, cost report planning, and purchase planning efforts with all associated documents are in alignment with project success strategies. The position communicates plans and strategizes closely with the Preconstruction and Operations teams for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) on assigned projects. Specific experience in mechanical building systems is preferred.

Prepare accurate quantity surveys and system layouts.
Coordinate with the MEP Manager on obtaining equipment and material costs.
Produce input and ROMs as related to design teams, VE efforts or product development.
Foster collaborative team environments among project participants.
Attend and participate in the MEP subcontractor selection process.
