The successful Candidate will be responsible for the day to day operational requirements for allocated farms reporting any major issues to Line Manager in a timely manner. Responsibilities include monitoring bird performance and welfare ensuring the highest standards of health and welfare are maintained at all times. Completion of Annual Health and Safety Audits on allocated farms. Livestock is our business and therefore welfare of livestock is paramount, ensuring ventilation, feed, vaccinations and conditions are kept at optimum levels You will also be required to maintain accurate records for all operational paperwork. Ideally we are looking for a Candidate with experience in the chicken breeding or laying Industry. However, if you have the right transferable skills and attitude we would consider someone with other stockmanship experience.
