The Role: Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Production Chocolate Division Reports to: Managing Director Direct Reports: 250 production staffs Major Responsibilities: Meeting monthly production targets (in terms of GP%, Volume, Overhead cost). Overlooking daily, weekly, monthly production schedules with shift leaders, supervisors and shift leaders (manual production and automated production lines). Maintaining (and enhancing) consistent quality of production. Liaising with QC manager to maintain high standards of hygiene. Liaising with Technical manager to maintain machinery within production unit. Motivate, train, and enhance overall performance of production managers, shift leaders, executive chefs. Liaising with Product Development Manager in developing new product range Optimize production function in all product categories. Maintain inventory of raw material and packaging through liaising with purchasing department. Approving weekly, monthly incentives of production personnel. Requirements Skills & Qualifications At least 3 years experience with the same role and in the same industry preferably in the UAE Any nationality but must be fluent in English both written and spoken. A Bachelors or University Degree. Proficient in basic computer applications especially Microsoft Office.
