Easy steps to be followed to prepare for an interview
BEFORE THE INTERVIEW
Ensure that you can explain all qualifications and work experience mentioned on your CV.
Research the company profile, background and business objectives, and try to understand the company’s future goals.
Learn about the position you are being interviewed for.
Think of questions to ask your interviewer, show a genuine interest in the company’s initiatives and pay close attention to detail.
It is always good to practice an interview with a peer, friend, or family member to develop your confidence. Request honest feedback.

Competency based questions where you will be required to explain a situation in the past where you exercised a particular competency. THE DAY OF THE INTERVIEW
