Sales Trainer

Job Description:
Conduct effective sales training internally and externally
Conduct post training audit and work on action plans
Assist in creation of training materials with the team
Provide competitors’ and relevant updates after market visit
Submit weekly training report to Training Manager
Assist in other ad-hoc events
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Good communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English &
Chinese speaking associates)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
Preferably a minimum of 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.

Responsible for the creation of all Social Media content, including but not limited to images, photos,
GIFs, videos, digital banners and EDMs
To improve the overall quality and creativity of Social Media content based on product launch and
brand direction
To work closely with the marketing team to push things further and produce high quality Social
Media content
Implementation of Brand Essence & Brand system in visual design according to guidelines
Localize creatives in accordance to global standards
Visualization and mock ups
Proofing prior to print/manufacturing + manage approvals of licensed artwork
Manage and keep up-to-date image library
Design Marketing Collaterals (OOH, Print, Activation, Campaigns, POSM, Digital, Corporate)
Video Editing
Requirements
Proven graphic designing skills with portfolio
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns
Primarily proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office and Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Lightroom would be an advantage
Able to interact, communicate and present ideas
Possesses creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers/stakeholders
