About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Coordinator individual to join the Suite Reservations team at the Burj Al Arab. The main purpose of the role is to ensure accuracy and quality input of all the information related to group reservations in both PMS and Delphi. Coordination between the organizers and the different departments in Burj Al Arab to ensure smooth arrival & departure of the group as well as any other request is answered and fulfilled. 

Your key duties: 
* To handle group bookings and ensures accurate details are being entered into the PMS. 
* To ensure information transparent between both PMS and Delphi to avoid any kind of loss of revenue or overbooking situations. 
* Prepare the GIS for all the handeled groups with highlighting of the VIP’s , special requests 
* To work very closely with the Revenue Manager and MICE Team to maximize the hotel’s overall revenue by offering the right price to the right customer at the right time. 
* To update groups rooming list, guest flight details, special requests in the PMS and communicate with all concerned accordingly. 
* Prepare the addendums for the group contracts based on 1 main addendum before the last deposit is received. 
* To maintain a copy of all groups corresponds as easy reference. 
* To carry out follow ups for any pending rooms on the block and report any release/cancellation to the Revenue /Assistant Manager Reservations. 
* To Coordinate with MICE and Events for upcoming groups / conference / conventions.

About You: In order to be considered for the role, you will have a minimum of 18 months experience with Reservations or significant Customer Service experience for 2 years. It is essential that you have good command of the English language (spoken and written) and you should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. About the
