Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
Provide animated, interactive and personalized interpretation of the local history, wildlife, vegetation and geology related to Lake Minnewanka and Banff National Park that exceeds our guest’s expectations
Assist as needed to ensure all visitors to Banff Lake Cruise have the very best possible guest experience
Maintain trip and mechanical logs
Sustain a safe and clean environment in all areas controlled by Banff Lake Cruise
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
High attention to detail and good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Public speaking skills
Mechanically inclined
Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), support and course reimbursement provided

Work Environment
Contract dates;
May 1st to October 14th, 2018
Starting wage is $14/hr, which increases to $15/hr upon successful completion of training
Eligibile for a performance and retention bonus of up to $1 per hour worked

Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skillsEnsure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
Provide animated, interactive and personalized interpretation of the local history, wildlife, vegetation and geology related to Lake Minnewanka and Banff National Park that exceeds our guest’s expectations
Canada Immigration and Visa Jobs
Operate tour boars with the safety of all passengers as the primary focus, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations Master Limited.Assist as needed to ensure all visitors to Banff Lake Cruise have the very best possible guest experience
