Job Description
To provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Be able to clean guest rooms efficiently and quickly in accordance with hotel standards. To maintain an approachable and respectful attitude toward guests and staff.

Job Requirements
To report for scheduled shift on time and in proper uniform
Meet for room and blackberry assignments.
Refill chemical bottles, ensuring labels are correct and restock bucket.
Complete and email checklist for start of shift (HKS and HKSTART).
Correctly clean and email completed checklist for all assigned guest rooms (HKSTART, HKOCC and HKCO).
Complete and email checklist for end of shift (HKEND).

Fill grey bins with linens.Notify your supervisor any discrepancies with the room assignments.
Fulfill guest requests with quality customer service in a timely and friendly manner.

Properly tag any lost and found article(s), email completed checklist (LF), and drop off item(s) at front desk.
Check assigned floor(s) throughout the day, including storage areas, for required maintenance and report to your supervisor. Visual inspection is acceptable.
Tidy storage room on your assigned floor(s).
Restock housekeeping cart and return to storage room.
Assist other room attendants with duties when required.
Assist other departments with cleaning when required.
Assist with moving of guest room furniture when required.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
