DESCRIPTION
Will be rotated in the following departments:
Cic jobs Dipping Department- Applying varnish onto boards - boards are placed onto a rack and put under varnish for 5 seconds, removed and left to dry for 5 minutes. There is an oven in this area. Heat could be more intense in this area but you are not to stand in this room when not preparing parts for the painters or removing parts from the oven. There is also a lab office that has air conditioning that you can enter to cool down. Mask, apron and gloves provided. Please ask for any safety equipment that you need. There is a strong smell - will only be in this department for 30 minutes max.
Siding Department - placing protective film (tape) onto siding, then wrapping 2 pieces together - lifting 4-5 lbs rep.
Plywood Department - Placing 2' x 5' x 2cm plywood into a forming machine. Push a button to form. Remove and place 4-5 pieces with 2 people into glueing machine. Will be pressed to dry. / Sanding dept. Using electric hand sanders and block sanders to smooth for painting.

Assembly Department - assembling plastic edging to to frame of window using an electric screwdriver. 20 - 30 mins max in this department. Lifting up to 45lbs max, all lifting of 45 lbs will be done with 2 peopleGlazing Department - putting glass sheets in to doors. There is sometimes mandatory overtime. May start earlier or end later and work overtime on Saturdays.
