Job Requirements:
•Advanced University degree in international relations, business administration, public relations, political science,
international cooperation for development, development economics or a related field. Seven years of relevant experience in project identification, programme and project formulation, analysis and implementation.

• Working knowledge of English, French or Spanish and limited knowledge of one of the other two or Arabic,
How to apply for new consultancies
For consultancies posted from November 1, 2017 onwards, you will need to use the Taleo system.
Please note that Taleo is currently only available in English. You will need to create a new profile in Taleo even if you have a profile in iRecruitment. 
If you are a first-time user, you can create your username and password by clicking on the "Access Taleo" button and choosing "New User."
If you are an existing user, you can click on the "Access Taleo" button, fill out your credentials and click on Log In.
Once you are logged in, you can create your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right corner. You can use this profile to apply directly to one of the job openings in Taleo’s career portal.  
Please note that applications can only be submitted online and that incomplete profiles will not be considered.
Calls for Expression of Interest and Vacancy Announcements will be removed automatically from the career site at 23:59 CET on the closing date.

How to apply for any other vacancy
For consultancies posted on or before October 31, 2017 and for any other vacancy, you should use the iRecruitment system.
Please note that iRecruitment is currently only available in English.
To create a profile and apply for vacancies, please follow the below steps:
If you are registering for the first time, please click the Enter iRecruitment button, then register for an iRecruitment account in the "First Time Visitors" section by clicking the Register Today button.
If you are a returning visitor, click the Enter iRecruitment button below, then login at the "Returning visitors" section.
In order for your application to be considered, you will need to complete your iRecruitment account information including details on Personal Information, Qualifications & Skills and Additional Information.
Search for suitable vacancies and apply before the deadline for application. Note that the vacancies will be automatically removed from the iRecruitment site at 23:59 (CET) on the closing date.
