Director of successful cosmetics:
· Manages the human and financial department of cosmetics in the store
· Ensures the achievement of the goals of the cosmetics department in the store

· Recruitment of qualified cosmetic specialists and supervising their training· Provides leadership, training and performance management
· Develop an annual promotional calendar and marketing plan for the local community
· Ensures exceptional customer service
· Continues to follow products and promotions, and direct staff
qualifications:
Required:
· 3 years experience in cosmetics sales
· 2 years experience in retail management
· Makeup and cosmetics knowledge (through experience or makeup art)
· Organizational skills and time management
· Training and guidance skills
· Ability to manage and achieve financial objectives
Desired:
· Experience as a makeup or education expert in make-up design
· Previous experience as a beauty therapist, beauty consultant, counter manager or skincare specialist
· Strong incentive team, adaptable to changing initiatives and objectives
· Clear understanding of promotion
· Great interest in maintaining healthy knowledge, fashion and beauty
