Principal duties are to protect property against theft, vandalism and damage
To conduct briefings for every shift
• To maintain staff morale and professionalism
To ensure all officers report to work and assigned with duties
Organize work schedules, including officer rotation, breaks and off days
• Handle all security-related concerns and guest queries
To ensure the smooth movement of vehicular and human traffic especially during peak periods
To ensure follow-ups on requirements for events of the day including VIPs events
To ensure all security systems, such as CCTV, key and alarm system are in good working conditions and reports any breakdown to the management
To act as an arbitrator in any disputes
Carry out any other duties connected with the safety and security aspects of property, guest and staff as and when directed by the management
Requirement
Minimum Secondary education
Able to read and write English
Minimum 3 years experience in the related field
Possess Valid Police Licensing
Regulatory Department Certification with Supervisor certification
Required to perform 3 rotating shifts
