An assistant is required to work at one of the largest sushi shops in Canada
Your task is to create high quality sushi including rice cooker, temperature recording, shredding, packaging, labeling and stamping history.
Ensure compliance with all operating standards, including food safety and quality.
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with them
Maintain cleanliness and organize the place.
Request and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.

Sushi Food Prep Teammate Qualifications:

Sushi-making experience not necessary as training is provided
