Immigration to the Canadian province of Saskatchewan

Saskatchewan Migration Program (SINP) can provide an alternative and quick way to enter Canada, it allows the Saskatchewan District to nominate applicants, qualified under criteria established by the province, to the federal government for permanent residence.

The categories accepted by the Saskatchewan Migration District are:

First: the category of skilled international labor

The category of skilled international labor for skilled workers who want to work and live in Saskatchewan, this category includes individuals with post-secondary education and experience, language ability and other factors that help them to successfully settle and integrate into the labor market in the Saskatchewan community.
You may be eligible to apply under the International Skilled Employment category if you live outside of Canada or have legal status in Canada and meet the following criteria:

You must register at least 60 points out of 100 on the assessment that the county places on education, language and experience.
You must have at least one year of experience in the last ten years in your intended practice in Canada.
You must score at least 4 in the English course known as the Canadian Language Level (CLB).
If your profession requires a license to practice at Saskatchewan you will need to prove that you have the conditions for obtaining the license, and you can know from here if your profession needs to be licensed at Saskatchewan.
You must have a permanent job offer from an employer at Saskatchewan at the skill level "A", "B" or "0" in the Canadian Occupational Classification

4. Transport workers Under this sub-category, foreign workers currently employed in Saskatchewan as truck drivers can apply for a district nomination to support their application for permanent residence.

5. Class of students graduating under this sub-category Students who graduated from a Canadian post-secondary educational institution may apply for a district nomination to support their application for permanent residence.


Third: the category of businessmen and owners of farms

This category includes two subcategories:
Applicants who wish to invest their talents in management and capital business in Saskatchewan.
Experienced in agriculture, who have the capital available to invest in the process of agriculture, who intend to buy and operate the farm operation in Saskatchewan.
