Shaw Development LLC, established in 1956, is a privately owned, global company located in Bonita Springs, Florida, USA. The company engineers, validates, and manufacturers fluid system components and subsystems for on-highway, military, and off-road heavy-duty vehicle applications. Shaw Development also provides custom turnkey fluid system solutions for the storage and transfer of the vehicles service fluids such as fuels, hydraulic oil, engine coolant, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).

The Regional Sales Managers will be located in Slovakia, Czech Republic, or Poland location and will be the key customer contact responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the customers. They use their technical knowledge, along with sales skills, to identify and providing guidance on solution selection for fluid related products and systems.

Clients are non-retail organizations, such as heavy-duty vehicle manufacturers, diesel engine manufacturers, and industrial equipment manufacturers.

Must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Will be liaison between customer and all internal Shaw Development departments, including: Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategies and tactics in support of the sale of company products with established and potential new customers
Drive business results to meet, or exceed annual revenue, profit and growth objectives
Manage and interpret customers technical and business requirements and communicate to internal team members
Prepare and present technical sales presentations to both business and technical users
Prepare and submit customer proposals in response to technical RFQ
Attend and participate in various tradeshows and conferences (including international events)
Maintain records of customer interactions in Salesforce
Maintain awareness of customer status, future plans, and any other pertinent information that may affect company decisions
Submit a variety of sales status reports as required
Submit quarterly customer visit plans
Requirements
10 years of work experience in a technical field and/or Sales and/or Marketing. Engineering degree or Business Degree (BS or BA) required
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Multiple foreign language skills are a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation skills and professional appearance
Strong organizational skills
Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
Microsoft Office proficiency
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Work requires extensive international travel to current and potential customer locations
Requires the possession of a valid drivers license
