Our client is an industry recognised and accredited food contract manufacturer that provides formulating, blending, and packing services to the health and nutraceutical industries. They are the leading specialised food contract manufacturer in Australia overseeing the production of everything from sports nutrition products to health and wellness products in both powder and ready to drink UHT formats.
Migration Visa
In this influential role you'll be responsible for delivering key innovations projects in line with commercial vision. You'll use your strong understanding of consumer needs, interpreting customer briefs and food trends to formulate and develop a range of dairy and non-dairy long life UHT products that make an impact in the market place.Responsibilities:
Prepare formulations and Nutritional Information Panels in accordance with the Food Standards Code.
Canada Immigration and Visa Center
Produce samples for customers leading ultimately to commercialization.NPD artwork review
Keep up to date with flavour trends and ingredient innovation for future development.
Manage factory trials.
Effectively manage the NPD function, by improving existing working methods, whilst ensuring that consistent approaches are adopted.
Present new ideas to clients with strong rationales for launch.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Food Science with a strong understanding of UHT formulations and processing. You will have relevant experience working within a dairy facility and possess an excellent track record in R&D. You will have a proven track record of bringing products to market throughout the full development cycle and have experience in working closely with clients and ingredient suppliers to drive innovation.
