Job Description
Setting, developing, managing, training the international partner and tele-sales-team . Improve partner and team management and capability to improve the Alibaba Cloud International product sales performance.
Effectively manage the telesales team and be responsible for sales goals.
Collect feedback from the sales process, analyze the data and export conclusions to continue improve the business performance.
Job Requirements
More than 5 years sales experience. Familiar with internet product sales and partner management. Cloud product sales experience is preferred.
Southeast Asia exposure and experience is a must. Familiar with International businesses and globalization.
Should have a certain amount of data operations capability; collect, analyze and recommend improvement plans from the data.
Familiar with cloud product sales. Have the deep understand for the data-driven business. Have sufficient sensitivity to data and business. Have strong logical analysis capabilities and independent thinking skills.
Sales Leadership and Telesales Team Lead experience is preferred.
Strong communication and understanding skills. Strong organization and coordination capability. Compressive ability, with strong sense of responsibility. Strong business risk management and action capability.

Job Description
Work closely with regional sales team, collect internal and market information, support sales team enhance the business operation. Take the responsibility of regional leads generation, management and systematic operation; Regional pipeline management and support regional leaders identify the sales gap and recover plan.
Analysis business report and industry information, identify business optimization opportunity, drive and build up process to improve E2E efficiency.
Coordinate internal and external resource, set up regional sales and SA team enablement knowledge base, improve sales and SA team capability.
Regional reporting system setup, provide efficient reporting for decision-making.
Job Requirements
3+ years experience working within a high-growth, internet or IT company, understanding of cloud compute industry
Frontend sales experience and sales operation experience are preferred. Exhibits strong analytical skills, good data and business acumen.
Fluent English is must, strong English and mandarin written and verbal communication skills. Able to team work with team members across regions under high-pressure circumstance.
Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented; Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies and space, strong pioneering and innovative spirit.
Data analysis skills to support monitor setup and result measurement. Excel/SQL skills are preferred;

Lead the design, development and support of Database, BigData and Data Warehouse solutions.
Develop Conceptual and physical model Data Models.
Understand and work with multiple data sources to meet business rules and supports Data Scientist analytical needs.
Develop code on Big Data Analytics and large data processing using Python, Hadoop, and Hive
Develop BigData eco systems components like HBase. HDFS, Zookeeper, Hive and MapReduce
Develop BigData solutions with NoSQL databases like HBase
Design and model Data Warehouse and BI applications

Job Requirements
MS or PhD in computer science or a related field with 3+ years of industry experience, with solid knowledge and skills in data architect and data modeling.

Programming on scalable/Big Data language such as Scala/Spark is a plus. Experience with large data sets, big data and analytics is preferred.
