Job Description
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of cash drawer (and invoice folder when applicable) throughout the day
Keep inventory of sold items and provide sales reports to Shop Manager
Greet customers, and compute sales price of purchases by scanning sales tags or typing amounts into the system
Manage and control the cash register by handling its opening and closure, performing accurate handover, investigating / reporting any discrepancy and processing payment transactions as per standard procedures

High School Degree
Previous experience in a similar field is a major plus

Job Description
Check at the start of his shift that products needed for his service station are on hand according to set par level and perform the order of the products from the internal store
Take part in the opening and closing duties of the pastry in compliance with the norms and internal procedures and contribute in stocking and receiving goods when needed
Prepare quality pastry items as per the outlined recipes, the HACCP standards, the portion control practices, and the items’ presentation guidelines then dispatch prepared orders to the different outlets
Ensure sanitation of work station at all times during the shift in by cleaning the fridge, shelves and counter, sharpening knives atid cleaning utensils upon end of shift
Follow security / fire safety procedures according to the set rules and regulations and report any incidents to hierarchy
Check the shelf life of products, tag the production/expiry date on each product, monitor and communicate on wasted product figures
Maintain good product/food items knowledge to be able to answer any inquiries and to provide observations when needed

High School Degree, Technical Diploma is a plus
1-2 years of experience in F&B operations in a similar role
